Shall be subject to the requirement that the cigarette-package shall bear the label conspicuosly, against a contrasted background, in a clearly legible form and in the Hungarian language,

1. on one of the main sides, on a surface of minimum 30 % of the side, the warning: “Smoking seriously damages your health and harms those around you!” o r “Smoking may result in your death”,
    
2. on the other main side, on a surface of minimum 40 % of the side, an optional health promotion message (rotating warnings must be chosen from 14 sentences given in the annex to this law),
    
3. on one of the narrow sides, on a surface of minimum 10 % of the side, a listing of the tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide yield in one unit of main cigarette smoke.
